I'm getting old. . .

I seem to have hurt my lower back yesterday playing ping pong. Or at least that's my standing hypothesis. It started hurting shortly after playing at lunch.

For the past week or so, I've had tingling in my arms if I bend my elbows for any length of time, raise my arms, or hold something tightly. This seems to have been caused by the power tools I've been using in the work at the rental house. My arms just aren't used to that level of strain, vibration, etc.

It's a good thing I caught Chunlin before I reached my expiration date. . .

Hooray for Google!

Google will no longer be conspiring with the totalitarian regime in China to censor web searches. Finally! I guess Google isn't evil, after all.

Hooray for Craigslist!

Yesterday I got three doors for free, thanks to Craigslist.

A layer of old paint needs to be scraped off, but other than that, they're pretty much the same as the doors we were considering at the door store for $100 or so.

2009 Road Trips

In 2009, we drove to Othello, Auburn, Port Townsend, North Bend, Index, Sultan, North Bend, Colville, Orcas Island, Harrison Hot Springs, Sunnyside, Osoyoos, Alpental, Merritt, Toppenish, Sprague, Hyak, Denny Creek, Fort Spokane, Deer Lake, Artist Point, Potholes State Park, Worley, Hyak, Colville, Worley, Toppenish, Silverton, Spokane Valley, Granite Falls, Yakima, Osoyoos, Chelan, and Tacoma.

Quite a lot of eastern Washington, wouldn't you say?

I fully expect my 2010 map to look completely different. . .

Sunday

I've taken almost two weeks straight of vacation from work now. For several days last week, it felt like Sunday. I'd been at home so long, I must be going to work the next day, right?

But now the day has finally come. Today is Sunday. I'm going to work tomorrow.

And it no longer feels like Sunday. . .
