Belgians copy Seinfeld

It seems that some Belgians are taking advantage of their open borders along with the Netherlands' plastic bottle refund of 25 eurocents. Officals say it's nothing to be concerned about, that it's just isolated incidents. But apparently some Dutch grocery stores have been swamped by Belgian Coke bottles (which only recently look the same as the Dutch ones).

Wasn't there a Seinfeld episode about this? Newman's Michigan-deposit aluminum can run? Yes, and in fact it was on last night on Seattle's channel 11. I guess those Belgians are a bit behind the times. . .
