Our New House
We're not living here, but we own it. Ever since a week ago Friday.
We have no buyers' remorse.
The basement stairs have a few head-bump low clearances. I put some vinyl and foam pads on them.
The basement garage isn't quite finished.
We'll pour concrete very soon.
There's also a three-car garage/shop.
And a big yard.
As usual, there's some more photos on flickr.

Is that an oil furnace grating I see in the floor? I recall renting a house (35 years ago) where I needed to lift the grating every morning to light the oil furnace. Is that how this house is heated?
That's a cute little house. It's pretty on the outside and inside. Lovely wood floors.
Are you going to rent the outside garage separate from the house?
Why did you cut down the trees?

It's a gas furnace. It lights by itself.
The garage and house will be rented separately. Currently, we're renting the garage to the previous owner.
The trees were covering the roof with branches and needles, and blocking sunlight.
