Almost Bought

Last night, we sat with the seller of our new house till eleven o'clock, sipping wine. He did most of the talking.

The deal isn't closed yet, but we finally agreed on all the inspection remedies. That only took two and a half weeks.

This whole process has taken three months. We made our first offer, a "letter of intent to purchase," back in early November. Chunlin vows to never again buy a house without an agent.
