Washington State Route 194
The highest-numbered state highway in Washington that does not connect to any lower-numbered state highways is State Route 194, which only connects to US 195.
Just so you know.

As you proceed through the route numbers, you are intersecting other route numbers. On SR 2, they were all new. And you are intersecting with more routes as you go. I think I am making your statement another way: SR194 is the route when you will have intersected with all remaining routes. Am I right?
SR 194 is the last route I drive that will be disconnected from the rest of the driven highways, if I were to draw such a map.
So, yes, SR 194 will also mark the completion of intersecting (or driving) each route.
I actually wrote that article on Wikipedia. It took seconds...
