I'm guessing the next time we will see the sun is in May 2008. Here is today's Yahoo weather forecast for Seattle, with "rain" or "showers" every day:

Today: Steady light rain this morning. Showers continuing this afternoon. High 58F. Winds light and variable. Chance of rain 80%.
Tonight: Rain showers early becoming more intermittent overnight. Low around 50F. Winds SSW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 50%.
