My first thought was Devils Dream Creek, and you have taken a very similar photo, but this is not it. My second wild guess in Wallace Falls?
Nope, nope, nope! That's at the downtown REI.
I had figured out that the two drill holes in the rock on the right and the total lack of moss, soil, slime, and plants besides vine maple and sword fern implied it was a display garden of some sort, but I never figured out where it might be. :(
That's not swordfern. It's one of the frilly ones, like lady fern. Except it's not quite growing in the right clumps for lady fern. And don't worry, there's plenty other species just out of frame. Some spotlights, too!
We have lady fern growing in our garden, a volunteer. It looks out of place.
