If one question mark indicates a typical question, and if two question marks indicate urgency (or a typo), and if three question marks indicate a dire emergency and mild insanity, what do seven question marks in a business email indicate?

I use ??? as a reminder to indicate that I need a number in this space, but I don't know its value yet.
I would guess that ??????? (more or less) would mean "I have read your email and I have thought about it long and hard, and I have absolutely no idea what you mean."
Complete befuddlement????
I should clarify that I meant these question marks to be at the end of a sentence. Any number of question marks standing alone as an email would mean "You're speaking gibberish to me." I know. I've done that.
