Bunching

Because Geo asked in the comments from several posts ago, here's the definition of bunching:

Bunching is when all the skill and speed and luck of the teams in the lead of the Amazing Race go to waste because something (all too often, the producers) makes them have to wait for the dreaded Hours of Operation. And thus everyone bunches up. Bunching punishes the good teams and makes everything before it in the episode meaninless. Bunching is bad.
